Carnegie Science Center announced the winners of its 2011 Carnegie Science Awards. Plextronics was selected to receive the Corporate Innovation Award for its success in generating and maintaining a “corporate environment that has enabled its team to create, develop and commercialize varied products in the new field of printable electronics. Their products go beyond traditional science methods and utilize breakthrough manufacturing techniques.”
